How do I get started? With a free trial which takes forty five minutes including a medical questionnaire. We will take you round the studio and explain how each piece of equipment works. Don't hesitate to ask questions and share your fitness goals. Once you have decided to join tone up, we will spend time discussing your diet and nutrition with you.
How long does each workout session last and how often should I have one? Each session takes just fifteen to twenty minutes. One of the main benefits of our programme is that we can help you achieve long lasting results with short sessions. This is because toning muscles does not take time - it takes intensity.
What does a workout consist of? You will have your own tailored fitness programme. We use a combination of machines and free weights.
What should I wear for my workouts? The usual gym attire, a T-shirt, jogging bottoms and trainers are fine. Whatever you are comfortable in.
Will I always have the same trainer? We will always aim to keep you with the same trainer, as our members tell us this is a real benefit.
How qualified are your trainers? All of our trainers have achieved full diploma level in Personal Training DIP at least.
I dislike my flabby arms, can you get rid of them? Yes. Most women, regardless of their age, shape or size are conscious of their upper arms, and their stomachs. Using our toning methods in your workout, we will focus on those areas of your body that concern you in addition to working on your overall body toning programme.
What if it doesn't work for me? Nearly all of our members have voiced this concern before starting on their programme. If you follow the programme that we develop for you, then we guarantee you will achieve fantastic results.
