Our concept

The tone up concept is simple and it works. After an initial free trial, a personal fitness programme that also includes nutrition guidance is developed for each member. The fitness workouts which are at the heart of the programme, take place within tone up's very own studio. During the workout the member has the undivided attention of their trainer.
No one else is present for the duration of the session.

Although many of us recognise the need to get fit and lose unwanted inches, we are often put off by what it takes to get there. Now there's an affordable and effective way for you to become toned and lose those unwanted inches.
